You've got the luxury spa! Now it's time to start thinking about the luxury service.
While looking for hot tubs, whether it be on the internet or in hot tub stores, the question you are really asking yourself is, "who has the best hot tub?” Although this is the case, a large determining factor of happiness regarding your spa is what comes after your purchase; the service and how timely it is.
Here is an idea that really does work to answer this question: after visiting the spa store, give us a call and ask about service. Pretend you are already a customer and ask to find out how long you would have to wait to get service. Just give an example like your spa is not heating and see how long with will take to get a service tech to your house to get it fixed.
You are free to try this with us. Here’s an example:
“Hello, my name is Bob Jones. Could I speak to service? I have a spa that I purchased from you a couple of years ago and now it is not heating. How soon would a tech be available to check this out? Thank you!”
At Arctic Spas we have the goal to get our essential service calls completed within 1 to 2 days. Sometimes it does get out a little farther out when things are busy, but we work hard to make sure that your spa won’t be down too long.
Ask yourself the question, how long do you want to wait to get your spa fixed if there was an issue? 1-2 days is a big difference versus 1-2 weeks. So, which hot tub is the best? Maybe the answer to this is who will provide the best service after your purchase.
