Arctic Spas Classic, Core, and Essentials Series Extended Warranty
Add the extended warranty to your Arctic Spa Classic, Core, and Essentials Series. The original manufacturer warranty covers the first 3 years. The extended warranty will cover the next 3 years for a total of 6 years from the original delivery date. If you are purchasing this warranty after your spa was delivered, the additional 6 years of warranty will start from the date of the original warranty. If you are purchasing a used Arctic Spa that is 6 years or less, the 6 year warranty would start at the time of purchases. The extended warranty includes the following:
- Plumbing
- Pumps,
- Heater,
- Electronics
- Jets
- Leaks
- Spa Boy Systems produced after 2019
- Ozone
The extended warranty does not cover the following:
- Cover
- Filters
- Pillows
- Onzen Electrode / Spa Boy Electrode / Spa Boy Probe
- Stereos
- Surface
- Any damage caused by weather, miss-use, freezing, or abnormal use.
The extended warranty includes all parts and labor. If the spa is located outside of the Wasatch Front or outside Washington County, there is a $49 travel fee for each service call.
